All pricing listed is in AUD (Australian Dollars) including GST. For USA-based clients, we invoice in USD at the prevailing exchange rate. USD pricing is approximately $1,000 / $2,300 / $5,000 USD for Starter / Professional / Enterprise.

Book a free assessment call. We can often build a custom scope that precisely matches your situation. Custom pricing applies for out-of-scope assets or unusual platforms not covered by our standard tiers.

No. The quoted price covers all labour and the complete scope for your tier. The only additional costs would be if you add out-of-scope assets post-audit, or if you're on Starter or Professional and want post-handover support (available at $250/hour).

50% is invoiced on engagement confirmation, 50% on delivery of the Handover Report. Payment by bank transfer or credit card. For Enterprise clients with settlement timeline constraints, we can discuss other arrangements.

Either party can engage and pay. In practice, it's often most efficient for the service to be included in the sale agreement as a seller-paid cost — similar to how conveyancing is handled in property transactions. Some buyers prefer to pay and engage us directly for the assurance that comes with being the client. Both approaches work.
