Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts contain years of machine learning data, audience signals, and conversion history that make campaigns work. We transfer these accounts without losing that data — so the buyer doesn't start from zero.
A Google Ads account with 3 years of conversion data and well-trained Smart Bidding campaigns performs dramatically better than a fresh account. Meta Ads accounts with established Pixels, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences built from thousands of purchases are significantly more efficient than new accounts trying to build that data from scratch.
When a business is sold and these accounts are transferred incorrectly — or not transferred at all — the buyer loses months of machine learning optimisation and audience data. Campaigns that were converting at $15 CPA suddenly cost $40+ while the algorithm relearns. That's a real revenue hit that directly affects the business's performance post-acquisition.
We transfer ad accounts with full data preservation. The historical data, audiences, conversion tracking, and campaign structures all carry over. The buyer inherits accounts that are ready to perform — not accounts that need to start learning from scratch.
Included in Professional ($3,500 AUD) and Enterprise ($7,500 AUD) tiers.
Google Ads accounts can be transferred by adding the buyer's Google account as an admin and removing the seller's access. The full account history, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, audiences, and conversion tracking history are preserved. We also reconfigure Google Ads-to-Analytics linking under the new account owner.
Important: Google Ads accounts with linked Google Analytics, Search Console, and Merchant Center require all these connections to be updated post-transfer. We handle all linked property updates.
Meta Ads accounts live inside Meta Business Manager. Transferring access involves transferring Business Manager ownership and ad account admin rights. The Pixel — which holds the audience data — is transferred as part of the Business Manager. Custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and the full conversion history remain intact.
Meta has specific rules around ad account transfer that vary by account history and verification status. We navigate these platform-specific constraints on your behalf.
Ad account billing is separate from account access. Both Google Ads and Meta Ads allow you to change the payment method and billing account independently of who has access to the campaigns.
As part of the ad account transfer, we ensure: existing billing is settled (or agreed arrangements are made), the buyer's payment method is added to the account, the seller's payment method is removed, and the buyer has confirmed billing responsibility in writing.
This is important because ad campaigns keep spending after the handover if billing isn't handled correctly. We ensure this is part of the formal transfer process, not an afterthought.
That conversion data and audience is part of what you sold. Make sure the buyer actually receives it.
